Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes
Wonderful, moist, pancakes. Will probably try to make a few plain before putting in the blueberries next time for my picky eater. Also, after reading some of the reviews, I used grapeseed oil in place of the olive oil for a milder flavor. I also used 1% milk as it is what I always have on hand.
