Poppy Seed Chiffon Cake

This cake was absolutely delicious! My 8 year old enjoyed creating the merangue to fold in; my whole family loved the light texture. Very tasty...it will be a family dessert favorite!

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing

Crispy, cool and refreshing. The mixture from my garden to the table left our taste buds dancing!

Lasagna

This was light and delicious! I loved the crisp vegetable flavors. Prep time took me awhile with children underfoot, but was weel worth the effort!!
