Gumbo by far is my favorite thing to cook. I love cooking creole and cajun dishes. I also love smoking, barbequeing and grilling anything on the pit. Big Sunday family dinners, Big Holiday family dinners, Seafood boils once a month, Grilling and barbequeing in the backyard. I am asked quite often to cook for large parties. The top 3 requests I am asked to cook are; Crawfish Enchilada's, Seafood or Chicken and Suasage Gumbo and Red Beans and Rice. To many to mention. Biggest one, screwed up about a $200.00 seafood gumbo.
