Zucchini Saute
This recipe is awesome!! I made it with some canned tomatoes and some zucchini chunks from my freezer and its great. Evderything else I used what the recipe called for. Its definitely a keeper.

Summer Squash Bread
This was very good except I think it has alittle too much nutmeg taste. I will make again except maybe only use 1 teaspoon of nutmeg instead of 2. This is a keeper for me.
