I really love this dish! I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and used some new red potatoes and used red wine instead of the water. Next time I will use more potatoes. I also added some minced garlic and a dash of thyme and basil. My boyfriend showed up and devoured it. It's a great meal and I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for the recipe

I made this for Christmas dinner and it was a great hit! I had to triple the recipe for the amount of guests, but they devoured it so much so that there weren't leftovers. I took some of the other reviewers suggestions and added some garlic, onion, heavy cream, etc. It was delicious and will make this a lot! Thanks a lot for the recipe!

I made this for the office and everyone raved about it. I added some other ingredients based on other reviewers' suggestions. I added sauteed mushrooms and shredded hashbrowns with onions and peppers. This was a big hit and I will definitely be making it again for my own family. Thanks for the great recipe.
