Emily's Pickled Eggs
These are very, very good. I have tried to improve several different ways but keep coming back to this recipe. The only thing I do consistently now is add a few sliced jalapenos and some crushed red pepper.

Amish Slaw
I make this slaw a LOT and like many cut back on the sugar. I use 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup vinegar (white or cider). This slaw is FANTASTIC on pulled pork sandwiches! Add a little ketchup (or not) and it's also very good on a hot dog! YUMMO!This stuff disappears quickly at our house!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I have made this many times. It's quick, easy, and VERY good. When I made it the first time my daughter watched and thought it looked gross. When it was done, she carefully tried it and then ate three bowls! I have had two people tell me it's the best soup/chili they have ever had. This is a keeper!!
