Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I followed this recipe exactly and it's a delicious way to make chicken thighs! Very flavorful. The only thing that I'll do differently next time is line my baking dish with foil as the sugar/teriyaki burns a bit on the dish.

White Bean Chicken Chili
I followed the recipe exactly and it came out great! The only thing that I'd change next time is that I'll shred the chicken instead of dicing it. It reminded me more of chicken tortilla soup than a chili but definitely something that I'll make again.

Chicken and Dumplings III
I followed the recipe exactly and loved it! I've never made chicken and dumplings and was worried that the recipe is too basic (bland) but it was delicious. Sometimes simple recipes produce yummy results!
