Chewiest Brownies
Very chocolatey and moist! However, I felt the texture resembled that of a cake's, despite the description. Perhaphs I have to chill the brownie first (I ate it right out of the oven :)Overall, pretty delicious, moist, full of flavour, QUICK AND EASY, will defintely make again! My variations: reduced sugar to 1 cup (it was sweet enough like that), reduced cocoa powder to 3/4 cup, added 1/4 cup oil, did not have to use milk. Variations to method, as per a fellow reviewer's suggestions, mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Mix till the mixture just very very slightly pulls away from sides. In seperate bowl, mix reminaing dry ingredients. Mix both together. I felt that with these modifications, the batter was of a good consistency and baked up well. Also, to ensure brownie rises and does not end up so thin, leave battter in mixing bowl for about 10 mins before baking. Mine rose like muffins!

Butter Flaky Pie Crust
Oh my, this is SO GOOD! This is the very first time I baked a pie crust, and it turned out so mouthwateringly delicious! The pie tastes exactly like it's title suggests: buttery and flaky YUM,!! I did what everyone suggested: chilled the flour, diced butter and all bowls and utensils in the freezer before using, and took care not to overwork the dough. Will be making this again!

Brown Butter Cookies
Delicious!!! I have made these a couple of times, with no difficulty whatsoever each time. These cookies are crunchy and crispy with a coarse, sandy crumb I totally adore. The flavour is fantastic too, almost like butterscotch-caramel. I'm guessing that those cooks who felt this cookie lacked taste didnt brown their butter sufficiently, or over-browned the butter. My alterations: reduced sugar by 1/4 the amount, baked for 2 to 3 minutes longer than stated to make the cookies even more crispy, and ommitted the icing (the cookie is sweet and flavourful enough as it is). Try this cookie, you will not be dissappointed!
