Sweet and Sour Dressing
Pretty good. Made as written. Makes a lot so I would half the recipe Used it over a cold salad of sliced purple potatoes, sliced baby bok choy, sliced radishes and feta cheese. Husband and I loved it.

Baked Pears
Here's something really easy. Grease a pan. Cut the peeled/cored pears into chunks. It doesn't matter how many you use. Grease all the chunks with some oil. Use your hands. Use any jam, not jelly, that you like. Use about 1/4 cup or more. Using clean hands, massage the pears with your fingers to distribute the jam. Bake until bubbly or hot. This is good cold or hot, with topping such as granola or cream or not. You can use just about any fruit. My favorite is plum butter jam with apples. Have eaten this all my life.

Baked Cod
This cod recipe is right on. One change was that I used cracker crumbs because I had those on hand. Instead of brushing the dressing on the fish, I just use my clean hands to "massage" the fish with the dressing. Used the crumbs very lightly. The oven temp and timing is perfect. I also drizzled a bit of Tuscan oil over the fish when it was finished. Served with roasted purple potatoes and roasted butternut squash chunks. My husband's comment. "I'd sure eat that again" Thanks for sharing. It's in my recipe box.
