Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I was surprised at how much my family liked this - especially the homemade chips, which I'll be making for snackage! Next time I make it, I will use a little less onion, a little less corn, and add black beans. This time around I added a little rice, which I'm not sure I'll do again. Be sure to use fresh cilantro!

Pizza Crust for Bread Machine
This is the BEST. We now have a weekly pizza night - let everyone spread out their crust and top as desired. Look for "pizza cheese" - we like it better than plain mozzarella. Bake HOT at 500 degrees on a plain cookie sheet for 5-7 minutes depending on crust thickness. If we have more than three people I double this recipe.

Ratatouille Bake
This is fantastic. I used half Fire-Roasted canned tomatoes and half fresh from the garden, and added mushrooms. Also used a 5-cheese blend instead of just mozzarella. I went to put the leftovers away and my family had demolished the whole casserole! Will definitely make again.
