Zucchini Oven Frittata

Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole
I made this for Father's Day brunch. It was a big hit and I will make it again. Everyone wanted the recipe. I used raisin bread and red delicious apples. I also added 2 extra eggs. Very special and yummy!!
