Oven Baked Jambalaya
I didn't actually did not cook it in the oven because I was afraid the rice would not be cooked. But luckily, I had a rice cooker and I added the rice afterwards. I also used a Creole Seasoning Blend that I purchased. It tasted great nonetheless.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I love this recipe. This is my first time ever making a pot pie. I used 1 cup of potatos instead of celery. And I used the "Best Pie Crust Ever" recipe. It needed some salt, so maybe next time I'll sprinkle some more salt into the chicken sauce. Indeed, this is a wonderful recipe!!

Special Lobster Bisque
I really enjoy this recipe. it was very easy to make. I added a dash of cayenne pepper to give it a bit of a kick to it. And i left out the light cream, which tasted perfectly fine without.
