My favorite things to cook
Mexican food is one of my favorites. Casseroles is another. Big huge chef salad. ymmmmm I love to cook everything but seafood, yuck!

Buttery Corn Casserole
It was okay, a little bland. If you have leftovers and you re-heat the next day, the crackers on the inside are mushy.

Navy Bean Soup I
It was pretty good except was a little bland. I added more salt. My hubby sure liked it. Will make it again

Seven Layer Taco Dip
I layered: Taco meat (hamburger seasoned w/ taco seasoning), refried beans, diced tomato, diced onion, sour cream, cheddar cheese,& salsa. I dont like olives (reason I gave 4 stars), & didnt use cream cheese. This recipe is always a big hit.
