White Chocolate Orange Cookies
AWESOME!!!Me & the kids made these today and they are wonderful! Only change I made was instead of the orange zest I used 3/4 tsp. of Orange extract and they are perfect! Thanks again Jennifer!

Marinated Tuna Steak
Great marinate! I marinated them over night so they would be full of flavor, I just can't bring myself to eat raw tuna, so i seared them on each side and left them in the pan on low for 10 min. until they were cooked through and still they were moist!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Love it! This was an excellent soup, will absoultly make again! Like others I put the chicken breast in whole and then shredded about an hour before I served it. Also added a T. of taco seasoning and tsp. of cayenne, I like a little heat.
