Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
These were good, and all were eaten at the New Years Eve party. I followed a couple of other reviewer recommendations - boiled the peppers 4-6 min to take heat out and to get them to cook without burning the bacon, I also mixed the cream cheese with a ranch packet, and I baked them at 425* for 25 min. Next time I make them I will add a different seasoning to the cream cheese. The ranch just did not pack enough flavor. Only 4 stars because of all the adjustments.
