Brookville Hotel Cream-Style Corn
This recipe is very good. I used fresh corn cut off the cob and should have cooked it a bit longer. My daughter made a wonderful corn casserole for Easter, I wanted something with less ingredients and quicker. This fit the bill.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I have made many meatloaf recipes but this one was the best. I made it for my husband's birthday dinner because he LOVES meatloaf and others have just not held together well. This one was perfect. I also put the ketchup/brown sugar on top and added some Worcestershire sauce. Thanks.
