Authentic German Potato Salad
This was very tasty. I followed the recipe as written, using red skinned potatoes, and it came out great. It had a nice, tangy sweet-and-sour taste to it. The potatoes had a pleasant texture, soft but not falling apart. I would like to point out to those arguing over the "authenticity" of this recipe that there is more than one type of potato salad made in Germany. It depends on the region of the country and the personal taste of the cook. In northern Germany, for example, you're more likely to come across a mayonnaise based potato salad, like the ones served in the United States.

Lemon Glazed Cake
This tastes just like the lemon cake Grandma used to make when I was a kid. It might sound strange, but we used to put a hunk of cake in a bowl, pour milk over it and eat it with a spoon. Yum! LOL. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Italian Potato Salad
I've been looking for a recipe like this for a while. A friend of mine from Argentina made something very similar, but he served his warm, added salt and didn't use garlic that I could tell. Thank you so much for the recipe!
