Potato Pancakes
Tasty, but had too much flour for my liking. And it wasn't spiced enough, but it was good.

Baked Potato Soup
This soup is fantastic! I wasn't expecting it to be better than store bought, but it really is! Unfortunately, I left it simmering for too long while I made a pie, so I had to add more broth and milk later, but it was still good even then! I can't wait til I make this again - which just might be tomorrow :)
