Best Ever Meatloaf I
Love this. We like it using V8 in the mix, and then extra to pour on top to make a nice tangy glaze. The only meatloaf I make.

14-Karat Cake
Best Carrot Cake ever. Other than substituting coconut for the raisins (hubby hates 'em) and using our family tried & true icing recipe, we followed this to a T and baked in mini loaf pans. Hubby said he likes it better than any other carrot cake he's ever had. Thanks for a winner!

Quick Hoppin' John Soup
As written, I'd rate this a 4. But, I added some andouille sausage instead of the sage pork sausage, and omited the tomatoes and 1 cup of water (we wanted it a little less soupy.) A little cajun seasoning, and we thought this was a 5* for sure. Thanks for helping us start the New Year right!
