Easy Beef Stroganoff
Pretty good, but not very exciting.

Beer Steak
This was AWFUL! I used Killians beer and followed the directions. The lemon pepper did not go well with the beer. Yuck!

Cola Pork Chops
This dish was alright. I browned the pork chops first and baked about 30 minutes. The kids liked the sweet sauce.
