Awesome Pasta Salad

Really good. Pretty easy with a few ajdustments. My recipe adjustments:Omit olives and pimentos. Add about 1/2 cup of grated parmesan and a half a red onion (finely diced).

It's Chili by George!!

Really good. It gives you a kick at the back of the throat. I did halve the tomato juice as everyone suggested. I also used half the tomato sauce and replaced it with rotel. I browned the ground beef and onions before I put it into the crock pot (that way I could drain it before I put it in). Then I added everything else and left it. Easy and tasty.

Monterey Jack Salsa

I gave it a four because it doesn't look so good. It tastes good though. I omitted the olives and MSG. I used diced jalapeño instead of green chile because I wanted it hotter. I'll use slightly less Italian dresing next time.

Chicken Enchilada Soup II

This was really good and very easy. I increased the chicken as some suggested but it was too much. Next time, I'll use about 1 1/2 lbs of chicken. I may just use a roast chicken for the meat and cut out the extra step of cooking the chicken. Also I decreased the Maseca to about 3/4 of a cup. Perfect consistency. I fried small strips of corn tortillas to garnish and I used pepper jack cheese and rotel mexican style for garnish as well. Everyone loved it.

Super easy, super good. If you like white chocolate, try this recipe. I bought Ghirardelli white chocolate from Trader Joe's. Much cheaper than the super market!

Classic Spanish Sangria

Great recipe. I did reduce the rum to 1 cup. I also addes white nectarines, pluots, apples, pears and grapes. Everyone loved it. They were so giggly.
