Berry Crisp
Changes: 4 cups of strawberries/blueberries, all-purpose flour, 2 packets of maple brown sugar instant oatmeal, and Old Orchard Apple Cherry Juice concentrate. Used these things I had on hand. Excellent! Great dessert for those w/ dairy allergies!

Five Minute Ice Cream
So delicious and easy. 2 slight problems: 1. Consistency - Not really ice cream unless you freeze 1st - More like very thick milkshake (still delicious) 2. Too much sugar - I am a total sweet tooth, but it was even too much sugar for me and I didn't even use 1/2 a cup! Even w/ these small issues I still gave 5 stars b/c it was DELICIOUS!! I even made one batch w/ 2c frozen strawberries, sugar, few dollops of peanut butter, and 6oz. strawberry soy yogurt (for my son that has milk allergy). It was amazing, like PBJ ice cream (and I usually can't stand the soy yogurt). I will definitely make again. Will try w/ less sugar or Splenda and maybe yogurt or ff 1/2 & 1/2. Has potential to be wonderful and healthy!

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies
I was looking for a last minute recipe that required only the ingredients I had on hand and did not require butter or milk (allergies). Followed recipe exactly (no nuts). Yummy and chewy, but took about 30-35 minutes to cook. Next time will add some chocolate chips. Thanks for a great "in a pinch" recipe!
