Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Absolutely the best slow cooker recipe I've ever made. Like to add bean sprouts in the last 30 minutes.

Love this recipe but being from the South, I like mine a little sweeter and add a 1/4 cup more sugar. Also, I cook the filling all together, except butter, instead of adding hot ingredients to the eggs yolks. Just cook it at a low-med temperature and stir constantly with a wire whisk. Easier and just as creamy.

Jay's Jerk Chicken

Great recipe! My husband said "This is the best chicken I've ever eaten". Served to my son, who is a chef, and he said it tastes just like the jerk chicken they serve.

Million Dollar Pie III

I've used this recipe for years. It is so good but it's also so easy. I place the filling in 2 graham cracker crust and freeze one. Then if I have friends or family drop in unexpected, just take out of the freezer and serve. Also good frozen.

Scrumptious Sweet Potato Casserole

Good recipe but I like to spice it up a little. I add 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon cloves. Also, doesn't need milk it's moist enough without it. Add the spices and I'd give this recipe a 5+ stars.
