Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus
Like many others have stated this recipe has lots of potential. However, as the recipe is written it did not get many raves in my house. I actually cut the spices in half and added the asparagus earlier as my family likes the asparagus really tender. Thought the spices were still a bit too strong when done. Next time I try this dish I will sprinkle the spices over the dish lightly and add some butter for additional flavor.
