I'm a homemaker and I run a daycare out of my home. I'm always looking for new ways to cook old family favourites and great things to make with the kids! I love to make breads and to bake cookies, cakes and casseroles. My family doesn't have many people in it that can cook things that are anything more then barely edible! lol. Lucky for me that makes me a cooking expert in my family! The first time I made meringue drops and they weren't mushy inside I was sooo excited! The first time I tried to bake a chocolate cake. I was 8 yrs old and I mixed up baking soda and baking powder! The cake was like a brick! lol
