Teriyaki Marinade
Yum! An excellent, easy marinade recipe. I usually have all the ingredients to make this on hand and can quickly whip it up to marinade chicken. Excellent on the grill or in stir fry!

Beer and Soy Sauce Chicken
I only used 1/2 cup of the soy sauce, nearly a whole 12 oz can of beer (not light), and added 3 crushed cloves of garlic (my family loves garlic) and marinated the chicken for about 6 hours. It turned out wonderful! Very moist, not too salty, and very favorful. This recipe is a great starting point for marinade, but I think it needs to be altered too much to warrent 5 stars.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp
I doubled the recipe and used a 9 x 13 baking dish, used Granny smith apples and added a bit of cinnamon to the crumb mixtured. Turned out wonderfully! I didn't find it too sweet as some of the others mentioned, I think the tartness of the Granny Smith's offset the sweetness nicely. Will be adding this one to my recipe box for an easy desert.
