Easter Egg Nests
My mother used this recipe for years. She used the coconut or chow mein noodles its a matter of personal preference. Also Merkins chocolate if available in your area melts wonderfully, and you can usually already find green, though you might try the food coloring for a lighter shade.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas
I made this in a baking dish,I forgot to put the salsa in but it turned out great anyway. My finicky husband really loved it. I might cut back a little on the cheese I put in cheese mixture and save more for the top.I also ended up using more than the 12 tortillas.

Easy Cheesy Skillet Chicken
I loved how easy this was, even my fussy husband liked. It works good with regular milk if you dont have the evaporated. I also added mushrooms and a little bit of garlic powder and pepper.
