About this Cook
Im a college student, living on good food :)
My favorite things to cook
Baking cookies, bread, muffins, Cooking anything.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We don't have one really, mom always cooks whatever she feels like.
My cooking triumphs
Making delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies(vegan) and them selling out! (nobody has to know they are vegan)
My cooking tragedies
I attempted to make homemade rice pilaf and I have never used a glass pot on a gass stove, so not only did I burn the rice, the food tasted disgusting, the rice was to hard, and all the vegetables were still raw. I had to serve that to my Boyfriends family

Stuffed Pork Chops
this was delicious! instead of the baking bread crumbles i just made my own with harden bread and I skipped the gravy, I had a lot of broth and the pork chops were delicious!! thank you for this great dish!

Lemon Herbed Salmon
This is absolutely delicious! However, I completely took out the Breadcrumbs and used olive oil instead of butter, but it was still just as good :). Also I added brocolli, zuchinni, and yellow squash around the baking dish.
