I am 33 years old. I live in Dublin, Ireland. I am married for 10 years with 3 children (2 girls and a boy) and 2 goldfish. I am originally from UK, but moved to Ireland 11 1/2 years ago. Pasta and Rice dishes are my favouties. I love Thai food and mexican too. Infact I love food. As a mum of 3 I need to cook wholesome quick food during the week but love to try other things at the weekend. My mum makes a beautiful flapjack and scones and I love to do my variation of those recipes. Chicken stuffed with mozarella, sun dried tomatoes and basil and wrapped in parma ham, served with broccoli and carrots and garlic roasted new potatoes...yummy!!! Too many to remember. Bread probably, though I am thinking of buying a bread making machine.
