Spring Lime Tea Cookies

Fantastic! Definitely suggest using the glaze, it adds to the lime taste (made my glaze with sugar, but would use icing sugar in the future)

Spanish Rice II

Made it with 3 small garlic cloves, chicken broth instead of water, and added a dash of cumin. Used Diced tomatoes with red chilis (for salsa).
