I am a working mother of 3 human children and 4 furry ones,2 cats and 2 dogs. With my busy full-time job and attending undergrad and graduate school the last few years; quick and easy has been a lifesaver. My slow cooker is my favorite appliance now! Pasta, anything that I can dream up for my slow cooker or griddle and when I have time, baking. After my daughter left home last year, we began a yearly tradition of getting together in December for Holiday baking. It is a great time to catch up with her busy life and the treats we make are an added bonus.
