Summer Zucchini Casserole

I think this is a wonderful recipe and have been asked for it several times. Everyone in my family and near family love it.

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookie Logs

This is one of the best cookies I have ever tried. It has become my favorite. I didn't change a thing except to dip them in milk chocolate instead of semi.

Fresh Peach Pie

The pie crust should be baked on the outside of the pan and after baking, place another pan over it and turn right side up. Gently lift the origianl pan off the crust and let cool. The crust will not shrink and will cover the pan. This was changed. Also chill before rolling out.
