Chocolate Raspberry Cookies

Good cookies. I have made them twice. Both times I had to add extra flour because my batter was more of brownie batter consistency. Great with a glass of milk!

Fat Free Refried Beans

I have been making these for years and absolutely love them! The only change I make is leaving out the liquid smoke...I just didn't have it on hand the first time I made it and have never thought to add it since! Thanks for this recipe! We love it!

Mozzarella Chicken

Loved this chicken. I followed other raters advice and sliced the chicken instead of pounding it. I also used fresh mozzerella. I am making it again tonight and am doubling the wine sauce and reserving some to pour on after it is done cooking. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chocolate Toffee Crunchies

The only problem with these bars is that I have to make a second batch (I ate the whole batch in 2 days!) Very yummy and easy to make. I used Hershey Kisses instead of chocolate chips because it was all that I had on hand. Great recipe!

YUMMY! We doubled the batch and are going to make them again. I am sure we will eat them all! (Baking time took about 2 min. longer, but we may have made larger cookies than the recipe called for.)

That's-a Meatloaf

This was AWESOME! I used bread crumbs instead of bread (it is what I had on hand). Also poured remainder of sauce over the top and sprinkled with parmesan. I have already passed the recipe along to my friends and family!

Anniversary Chicken I

Wow! This was great. I was looking for something with an Asian taste....when I saw the teriyaki I thought this might be it. However, with the ranch dressing it wasn't asian tasting at all....but I didn't mind! This was delicious. I didn't have any cheddar cheese so I used mozzerella. It was still great! Thanks for the recipe!

Cold Spaghetti

I thought this was very good. I eliminated the sugar and oil and added a little salt. Very refreshing with garden fresh tomatoes and basil! I am making it again today and might add some chopped mozzerella.

Famous Chicken Francaise

I made this tonight with several substitutions (only because I didn't have some ingredients on hand!) I used lime juice instead of lemon, and olive oil in place of butter. I also followed other reviewers and added white wine to the broth and a little more garlic. YUMMY! WIll make again for sure!
