I'm a SAHM of 3, married to the love of my life for six years. I love to cook, plain and simple. It's my most passionate hobby. My husband knows though I'm not the best housekeeper he will always eat, and eat well.

Apple Strudel Muffins
These were fabulous! I did replace the butter with applesauce and the flour with whole wheat flour

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
I've made this several times now and it's fabulous. I think I may add a little basil to mine but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Even the kids slurped it up.

Pretzel Coated Fried Fish
OMG this was delicous! I used Tilapia fillets and double dipped the fish in the pretzels for extra crunch. My husband who detest pretzels and all three of my picky kids(even the six year old who doesn't usually eat any meat) went back for seconds. Next time I'm going to try baking them to cut back on the fat. Definately in the meal rotation at this house now.
