Creamy French Dressing
I followed this recipe and it tastes WAY too much like cider vinegar. I added a bit more ketchup, 1/2 C more mayo and some garlic and onion powder and it still only tastes like vinegar. I am going to throw it away.

Absolute Best Potato Casserole
This was great. A bit heavier in the prep than I realized, but once it came together it was great! Everyone liked it, and the kids didn't even realize they were eating cauliflower and onions!

Sesame Pork Roast
Quite yummy! The roast fell apart by the end of the day, so I toasted some buns and we had the roast w/ sauce and cheese on buns with some steak fries!
