White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III
These were absolutely unbelievable. The almond extract is what makes all the difference. My mom actually said these were my best cookies ever!

Ultimate Chocolate Cake
I took this cake to a dinner party last night, and it was a big hit! No one believed it didn't have any oil, it was so moist and delicious!

Potato and Bean Enchiladas
These were tasty at first bite, but became bland after having a few bites. They were fun to make but I wouldn't make them again.
