Carrot Cake III
Tasted great but failed utterly at high altitude (approx. 5000 ft.) even though I made all the common high altitude adjustments. Maybe it would work out better if the oven temperature was higher. I'll have to try it again sometime when I'm down where the rest of the world lives.
