Poor Man's Pepper Steak
This is good, easy, and cheap. I make it fairly often, because my husband actually loves it. I always kind of do my own thing with seasonings, though.

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf
This is such a yummy meatloaf. Both my husband & I love it. It holds its form wonderfully and is very flavorful. I make the topping differently (spicy!), but the loaf is the main part.
