Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
A different and tasty spin on salsa. You can also buy cinnamon chips instead of making them if you are short on time.

Banana Banana Bread
Delicious!! I followed other peoples suggestions and added vanilla and cinnamon as well as 1 c. of brown sugar instead of 3/4. Baked for last 25 mins with foil over the top to keep the bread from crisping too much. This bread turned out excellent!
