Butterscotch Potato Chip Cookies
My cookies turned out thin and crispy and the dough melted and spread out in the oven while the butterscotch chips stayed mostly in the center. They aren't so much sweet/salty, although they have a good sweet flavor (I love the butterscotch). My kids couldn't get enough of them! I agree with another reviewer and think I might like them better if they didn't spread so much during cooking.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
Creamy and delicious! I added cubed ham for a great main dish.

Creamy Banana Bread
I had about 10 brown bananas to use so I doubled this recipe. It made two loaves plus a dozen muffins. The muffins were delicious because they each had a yummy brown sugar surprise inside! This just may become my new favorite banana bread recipe! Very moist. I added cinnamon to the batter in addition to the filling. Loved it!
