My cooking triumphs
Never has any experience until I was married. I hae to say I turned out to be a pretty good cook! Mom says I have my grandmothers knack for cooking...a little of this and dash of that.
My cooking tragedies
When I first got married I was making a slow cooker recipe that called for a glove of garlic...I added the entire garlic bulb! Boy did the house smell! Needless to say we ordered take out!:)

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
5 stars x a million! If I didn't cook this myself I would have thought someone brought it home from the Olive Garden! My husband ate 6 bowls...said it was the best soup I ever made! Thanks so much for sharing! It is a keeper. Only change...reduced red pepper flakes to 1 tsp. Plenty of spice! Used Bob Evens Italian sausage and fresh spinach and of course heavy whipping cream...not on the Weight Watcher menu!:) But so worth it! Next time I am serving with garlic bread sticks and a nice salad with Italian dressing! Can't wait! Thanks again for sharing!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Moist and juicy! Lined 9x13 with foil. Marinated chicken thighs in half the sauce. Then baked them in remaining sauce. Covered pan with foil. Served with teriyaki noodles and broccoli. Family enjoyed!

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas
This was the best roast recipe! I wrapped the roast in foil after rubbing it with seasonings. Then placed it in my crockpot on low for almost 9 hours. Opened the foil and the juices just flowed and the meat fell apart! Eight year old son and four year old daughter loved the carnitas and asked for them again! This one is keeper! Thank you for sharing this recipe!
