Crispy Orange Beef
What a great recipe! This was delicious. The beef was crispy and the orange sauce was to die for. I used garlic/ginger flavored wok oil rather than adding fresh garlic and ginger. I didn't have any orange juice concentrate, so I used a fresh squeezed orange and a little more zest than it called for. It turned out fabulous. A definite hit!

Smoked Sausage and Zucchini Saute
Fabulous recipe. I used fresh onion rather than the instant diced and I used diced Italian-style tomatoes rather than the fresh. Served it over pasta. Yum! I'll definitely be making this again soon.

Artichoke Chicken
Love, love, love this recipe! I diced up boneless chicken thighs but otherwise followed the recipe. Served it over mostaccioli (my son's request) and it was delicious!
