Lance's French Onion Soup

This is one of the best french onion soup recipes I've ever made! I made it vegetarian with some veggie broth for my roommate and it came out really delicious.

This is one of those perfect recipes- You don't have to follow it exactly and you can do lots of different things with it- and it will still satisfy you and everyone who came over to eat Tortilla soup.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

French Bread

I made three batches of this with mixed results (in my opinion) but everyone seemed to love the taste! I'm just not sure how to shape it, I think I just need more experience.

Lentil Soup

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

This recipe was pretty good but the recipe that came with the Spritz gun was better- I'd use a little less almond extract and also some granualated sugar mixed in with the confectioner's.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Best Burger Ever

This burger is AWESOME- Of course I used tabasco for the pepper sauce and it was really spicy and good. Also, if you like a chunkier burger, just use an onion instead of onion powder.

Blue Ribbon White Bread

This bread tastes great, allthough I've never actually followed the recipe perfectly- I think the fact that it still came out good makes it a good recipe. If you want my opinion use a little more yeast and do half whole weat flower/half unbleached.

Best White Icing Ever

This recipe was like magic- it was my first time using shortening so I was a little scared that it wouldn't turn out right- but all of a sudden a bowl full of shortening-crumbs turned into beautiful white frosting! I'm not sure if I put in the right amount of sugar and it still tasted delicious!

Breakfast Bread

The taste of this bread is sort of bland but it goes well with some butter and I think it will make some kickin' sandwitches. Very simple to make and bake, also gets hilariously big from gas expansion during the first fermentation stage.

Caramel Cream Frosting

This recipe was a little hard to follow and you really shouldn't set melted sugar "aside," as it will solidify inside whatever you put it in. The frosting however tasted awesome, I would just suggest that you melt the sugar while you're making the second mixture, and add it in as soon as the sugar dissolves.

Moist Yellow Cake

This Cake is GOOD. I made it for a friend's birthday and used "Carmel Cream Frosting" on top. At first when I halved the proportions to make less cake I thought there was something wrong, but it turned out awesome.

Challah I

This challah did not taste like a lot of the challah I've had before, but it is still one of the best breads I've ever had. It made two enormous loaves and everyone I gave it to loved it.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Man, I thought I totally botched this recipe when I accidentally threw in some cinnamon (It was in a similar looking container to to the garlic salt) But this recipe was so deliciously cheeshy it was invulnerable to my small error. I will DEFINITELY make this again.
