Pepperoni Dip II

This is the best. I've been making it just this way for about 5 years now. Thanks to a friend. It's always a hit and perfect for watching football on the weekend.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This is a quick and easy dish. I really thought that there wouldn't be enough chicken or enough pasta but it worked out perfect. Slightly spicy without being flaming hot. I really enjoyed this meal.

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

This recipe was just delicious! I scaled it down to 4 servings and still had left overs for the next night. So flavorful I threw it on a steak roll and enjoyed the heck out of it. Very easy to make as well.
