Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

I cooked this last night for a group of football friends (fantasy football draft day :) ) and it went over extremely well. I had 2 people ask for the recipe and it was completely dry by the end of the night. Very very good

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 2, 2009
I would give this 10 stars if I could. amazing. Here's my changes that made it PERFECT. Even my daughter who is picky and crinkled her nose up at it ate it all and my 3 year old ate 3 servings! I put a package of onion soup, and like other reviewers put the ketchup mixture on top. I did minimize the brown sugar to 1/4 cup. It was the perfect recipe.

Four Cheese Macaroni

I followed the recipe, but did NOT like this recipe. I usually love recipes with such a high rating, but this just did not do for anyone in my house. I am guessing I did something wrong, but I don't know what. The consistency was terrible!

Carol's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2009
Seriously a perfect chicken salad recipe. The only thiing that I changed about it was the second time I made it, I used only 2 cups of chicken. It kept it from being so dry. I wouldn't change a thing as far as seasoning. I didn't have any grapes, so I used mandarin oranges. YUM

some people that ate them think maybe too salty, but I am a salty person so I liked it. If you have sodium sensitive people in your family maybe cut the salt a bit

Ultimate Roast Beef Blues Sandwich

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
The sandwich is EXTREMELY impressive. The tastes together are amazing. Here what I did: The first two I made, I followed the recipe to a T, except that I did cook the beef a bit in a skillet, then I put the broiler on my oven and cooked the sandwiches open faced for maybe 5 minutes. The second two, I put butter and toasted them in the oven, under the broiler. Then put them together and broiled them until the bleu cheese melted a bit. The second one with the toasted bread was much better. And I did toast the walnuts, which made the sandwich great along with the basil. It was SO SO good!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

This recipe is really really great. I double the sauce because I'm a saucy person. My boyfriend loves it. I make it over both rice and pasta, depending non the mood I'm in. A really great unique recipe that I highly recommend.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2008
This was really a very good recipe. I did only use half of the spinach, I added more garlic and I combined the ricotta, spinach and chicken. That was kind of a no brainer. I did have that feeling that the chicken was very blah. But on the bright side I really felt like maybe cooking the chicken with some seasoning would take care of that. I think next timie I will cook it in some Italian dressing seasoning. Overall a really yummy recipe!

This recipe has a great flavor and is super easy to make. The only thing is sometimes the olive oil can become a little overpowering and feel greasy after your 3rd serving...lol

Parmesan Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2007
I really liked the flavor of this bread. I think I will cut back on the garlic salt as well. I am a bonafide salt-a-holic and it was still too much for me. If you are at all sensitive to salt levels, you really should cut the garlic salt back. It was still really really good

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2007
great recipe, a bit rich though. But still great. I did substitute one of the cups of cream for milk, the guilt of all that cream got to me. I also use the sundried tomatoes in a jar. I like the added flavor they seem to add. I think next time I will cut back on the tomatoes and the bacon a bit. Also, to save time, use the already cooked bacon bits, recipe style. SO much simplier than frying up all that bacon if you ask me. I along with others added a cup of asiago cheese.
