Classic Bran Muffins
Yum! I really enjoyed these, they were actually better the third day. I used half the amount of sugar, applesauce instead of oil, half whole wheat and half white, oatmeal/oat bran/Ezekial's version of grapenuts instead of wheat bran, and a mix of dried currants and blueberries instead of raisins.

All-Around Good Smoothie
Definitely not my favortie smothie. I used agave instead of honey and left out the protien powder. I think it needs more banana and less milk. Nutrionally speaking, this is a very balanced.

Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza
This was delicious! Great onion mixture with thyme and fennel. I took one reviewer's advice and put the goat cheese first. I couldn't finish it all and it has been good for days after. I also used the Whole Foods brand 365 Whole Wheat Pizza Crust - yum!
