Depression Era Corn Chowder
Very good. Just the taste I was looking for. My husband suggested next time, fry and crumble bacon to sprinkle on top. Would be good addition, but this tasted like I had hoped!

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos
Super WOW. I used an entire envelope of taco seasoning, 2 T of oil and minced fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. I left the meat in a crockpot for about 8 hours. Very tender, but did not get mushy.

Pico De Gallo
I really like the garlic and cilantro taste. Made it to go with pork tacos. Yumm. Used my food processor "minced" everything. Next time depending on the time of the year--I would use canned chopped tomatoes with better flavor than what is available now.
