Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Yummy! I substituted red wine for the water and it turned out great.

Czech Roast Pork
My whole family loved this. I did omit the caraway seeds because I didn't have any. It was so delicious.

Curried Coconut Chicken
Good flavors. I followed the advice of others. I used 1 Tablespoon of sugar. Added red and orange bell peppers. I drained the tomatoes and cut back on the tomato sauce to 1/2 can. I should have cut it back to 1/4 can. It got a little to soupy. I would definately make it again.
