I didn't start cooking until I met my husband. Now, you can't get me out of the kitchen! Roast meat - chicken, pork, lamb & beef. I also love a good Burgundy Beef on a cold night. I'll try about anything as long as I can find the ingredients. I love baking cookies, especially chocolate chip! I'm a big fan of old fashion pancakes on a weekend morning and let's not forget a big Sunday lunch for the family. My Burgundy Beef is usually a hit with guests and I do a mean turkey stuffing. Oh, were to begin? My last attempt at turkey carcass soup turned into an inedible grey mess! And I have had a saumon pasta sauce turn blue!! (don't ask)
