Chicken Florentine Casserole
Very rich. Would probably use fresh cooked spinach instead of canned next time. My boyfriend loved it so much he ate the rest of mine too. I put the chicken over rotini pasta which was nice.

Barbecue Beef Cups
These were easy to make and pretty good. Definitely not the first thing to go but still enjoyed them at my Super Bowl Party.

Sole with Bananas
If you're looking for something different but tasty, this is a great recipe. Would never think to use bananas but really went well with the fish.
